About Calendar Feeds
Creating Calendar Feeds in Propared
When you create a Filter Schedule in the Filters Screen Propared automatically creates a Calendar Feed using the .ics format. This link can be pasted into most External Calendar Programs.
Where do I Find the Calendar Feed Link?
If you are a Manager with log-in credentials you can find the Feed link in the Filter Settings section of each Filter. You can also disable the calendar feeds if you choose.
If you are a Viewer who has received a Schedule webpage or email you will find the Calendar Feed link at the bottom of the page.
Importing Propared Calendar Feed into...
Usually Apple Calendar will automatically recognize the .ics link when you double click on it.

Google Calendars DO NOT provide the ability to set a refresh time. Google's documentation states calendars may take as long as 12 hours to refresh. Please keep this in mind when subscribing to a Propared schedule with Google.

Troubleshooting Calendar Feeds
Usually issues with calendar feeds not refreshing are issues specifically with the external calendar programs. We recommend removing the calendar from your program of choice and re-add the Propared Calendar Feed.
